Abstract

Classroom Action Research (PTK) aims to improve student learning achievement on Civics learning material delivered by the teacher, namely by using media props in the form of pictures of the meaning of democracy. through a cooperative learning approach, it is hoped that it can re-grow student learning motivation and can improve student achievement on subject matter. Data was collected by giving written tests to students to determine the extent of students' level of understanding of the subject matter as well as from the observations of peers. Students who get a score of 70 to 100 are considered complete in learning, while students who get less than 70 grades are considered incomplete in learning. Seeing the results of Classroom Action Research (PTK) through the application of cooperative learning with the image media of the meaning of democracy, it turns out that it can re-motivate students to learn and can improve students' learning achievement on the subject matter. This can be proven from the results of improvements in cycle I and cycle II that have been implemented experiencing an increase in learning achievement, namely from the initial condition of completeness which only reached 20.83% 58.33% in the first cycle and became 83.33% in the second cycle.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study are: (1) Overcoming the difficulties of speaking properly and correctly, and (2) improving student learning outcomes through a Dramatization strategy on Indonesian Language subjects in fifth grade students of Lebakadi II Elementary School, Sugio Subdistrict, Lamongan District, 2017 Academic Year / 2018. This research takes place in 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 4 stages: planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. Data collected in the form of observational data on teacher activity, student active role, and competency test scores. The results showed that there was an increase in teacher activity which had not been optimal (before the cycle) increased to 75% (cycle I), and in the second cycle the teacher's activity was 100%. Student activity and achievement which was originally low 55.28 (before the cycle) rose to 62.96% (cycle I). In the second cycle, several variations of treatment were carried out to increase student activity and achievement to increase to 75.93%. It can be concluded that: (1) The use of dramatization strategies in Indonesian language learning can overcome the good and right speaking difficulties, and (2) the learning outcomes of students at Lebakadi II Elementary School in Sugio District in learning Indonesian through the Dramatization strategy can increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using number card game methods on students' numeracy skills in class II Lopang II Public Elementary School, Kembangbahu District, Lamongan District. This study uses classroom action research method, consisting of two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. In the first cycle there were 11 students who experienced individual learning completeness from 18 students (61%) showed that this cycle had not experienced classical completeness. In cycle II there were 17 students who experienced individual learning completeness from 18 students (94%) showed that this cycle had experienced classical completeness. And the increase in the average value of students is 66.67 in the first cycle to 82.50 in the second cycle. From the data above, it can be concluded that there is an effect of using the number card game method on increasing students' ability to count.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of PKN learning outcomes by applying Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) to the concept of environmental pollution. This research was carried out in SMP Negeri 2 Karangbinangun. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) method, PTK is implemented as an effort to overcome problems that arise in the classroom. This method is carried out in four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. These four stages are cycles that take place repeatedly and are carried out with the same steps and are focused on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning. Based on the results of research that has been done shows that student learning outcomes have increased. This increase can be seen through the cycle that has been done. In the first cycle the average student learning outcomes were 69. While in the second cycle the average student learning outcomes were 76. Thus it can be concluded that the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model can improve PKN learning outcomes for students in class VI SD Negeri Banyuurip Karangbinangun on the matter of Indonesian Foreign Policy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation ofmodel cooperative learning type STAD and student learning outcomes in science learning material factors that cause changes in objects using the cooperative learning STAD typemodel. This research is a classroom action research conducted through 2 cycles with each cycle of the stages is planning, action, observation and reflection. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students in science learning light material usingmodel cooperative learning type STAD in class VI has increased each cycle, this can be seen from the level of learning completeness of students per cycle that is in pre cycle with KKM 70 students pre cycle there are 8 students or 40% who completed, then experienced an increase in the first cycle that there were 12 students or 60% and in cycle II there were 18 students or 90%, while the learning activeness of students in cycle I was 12 students or 60% and in cycle II there 16 students or 80%, the results are according to the indicators specified.

Abstract

The purpose of this action research is to find out: (1) the improvement of student learning achievement after the implementation of discovery learning and (2) the influence of student learning motivation after the implementation of discovery learning method. This study uses action research as many as three rounds. Each round consists of four stages: design, activity and observation, reflection and refinement. The subject of this study was the sixth grade students of the Gas Semester Blimbing II Elementary School, Paciran Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency, 2015/2016 Academic Year. Data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the data analysis concluded that student achievement has increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (58.33%), cycle II (75%), cycle III (91.33%).

Abstract

The general purpose of this study was to improve the effectiveness of learning discus throwing in the sixth grade of Puter I State Elementary School, Kembangbahu District, Lamongan Regency. The specific purpose is to find out the extent of (1) student activity in learning, (2) teacher activities in teaching, (3) student responses to learning, and (4) learning outcomes of throwing discs with modification media on plastic plates. The subjects of this class action research were the sixth grade students of Puter I State Elementary School with a total of 13 female students and 15 male students, so the total number of 28 students. The procedure or steps taken in the form of a research cycle consisting of four main activities: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Research data collection is done by determining the data source first, then the type of data, data collection techniques, and instruments used. The results of the study showed that student activities, teacher teaching activities, and the average learning completeness of students increased.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain: (1) understanding of Islamic character education values ​​contained in children's stories by teachers, and (2) contextualization of Islamic character education values ​​contained in the story children as an improvement in religious learning models. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with the Pragmatic Receptive approach. The data in this study are data about (1) Understanding the Islamic character education values ​​contained in children's stories, and (2) contextualization of character education values ​​contained in the story as a model of Islamic learning. Data sources are obtained from documentation and interviews. The data collection techniques are carried out with documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques use interactive techniques. The findings of the study can be described include: (1) Understanding the value of Islamic character education in children's stories, Akhlak have faith, are grateful, morality is devoted to both parents, and teachers, healthy and clean, mutual cooperation and virtuous character are not arrogant, (2) contextualization of Islamic character education values ​​contained in children's stories as an enhancement of the Islamic learning model.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the value of religion in the novel-novel by Asma Nadia covering aqidah, syariah, and morals. This research method using qualitative descriptive method. Research data is sourced from the novel "Assalamualaikum Beijing" and "Hijab Traveler Love Sparks In Korea" by Asma Nadia. Using the technique of data collection documentation, refer to, and note. The results showed that the value of religion in the novel-novel by Asma Nadia covers three aspects, namely: (1) the creed; (2), and (3) moral. The value of belief include: (a) monotheism, (b) confidence in the existence of the supernatural, and (c) faith towards destiny. Sharia value include: (1) worship (say the creed, working on the prayer, zakat/alms, fasting, and Hajj), (2) muamalah (loan borrowing), (3) Munakahat (family relations, marriage, divorce, maintenance of the child, guidelines for a husband and wife), (4) Siyasa (brotherhood, deliberation, tolerance, and responsibility), (5) Morals (gratitude, patience, tawadhu, forgiving, tawwakul, istiqoma, dare and do good to parents). Moral values include: (1) the morals of Allaah (Dhikr, prayers, praying, tawwakul), (2) morals to both parents (worship, serve, and respect both parents), (3) attitudes, in accepting the provisions of God (predestination, the nature of the good and the bad). (4) the feeling of shame (shame, shame towards others and yourself).
